Timisoara is surely a city full of history, that pioneered a lot of new beginnings in Romania. The first tram, the first European town with general electric street lighting,the first welding machinery for train and tram rails discovered by Corneliu Miclosi, the only European town with three State Theatres in three languages, the Anti -communism Revolution in 1989 etc.

- The Romanian Orthodox Cathedral, called also the Metropolitan Romanian Orthodox Cathedral
- The St. George's Cathedral or The Dome
- Saint Gheorghe Square- it's one of the oldest squares in Timişoara
- a walk along the first tram line in the city
